Rohit Bose

Rohit bose is a fitness enthusiast, a singer, co-founder of a digital marketing agency and a traveller. Let's get to know more about him and his journey!

Q. What inspired you to get fit?

A. It began with just wanting to look good. Then it soon turned into a passion. This is something I'm super motivated about without ever having to push myself.

Q. What is fitness according to you?

A. Fitness according to me is not a Greek-God body, but being in a state of physical as well as mental well-being. It's not just about lifting heavy, for me, it's also yoga, meditation and natural eating.

Q. Who is your role model?

A. Growing up I idolized Hrithik, but now I'm in awe of Vidyut Jamwal. Also, so many other not so popular people who are doing a great job in fitness, on Instagram and YouTube. They keep inspiring me too.

Q. What is one thing unique or weird about you?

A. One unique thing about me is that I dabble into a lot of things and not just into fitness. Be it singing, art, travelling or digital marketing. One weird thing about me would be that I am crazy about my own birthday.

Q. How special is mental fitness for you?

A. Extremely important, especially in today's time of high demanding job roles. For me personally, it's very important. I start and end my day with meditation and do it once in between also it's the best way to stay focussed and happy.

Q. Morning jog or night walks

A. Both, a walk-in fresh is always soothing no matter what time it is

Q. What is that one thing you want to change in the world?

A. So many things, but at the top of my head would be COVID-19.

Q. Tell us about your another passion, singing?

A. I have been singing since the age of 3. Have had formal training for a few years too.

Q. What is your favourite Bengali food?

A. Chingri Malai curry (prawns), kosha mangsho (mutton)

Q. If Rohit is not exercising then what is he doing?

A. Singing, clicking pictures for my insta feed, spending time with mom.

Q. What is dedication for you?

A. Dedication for me is doing what you set out to do, no matter what. It means discipline and focus. I've extremely disciplined myself, wake up at 5:30 am and sleep by 10 pm. This helps me stay dedicated. I'm also extremely strict about what I eat.

Am If you are not fit then.....then you're not living to your fullest.

Q. Give one piece of advice for the youth?

A. Please never take steroids. Be natural!
